You don’t need a decade of experience—what matters most is your ability to communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and deliver a great customer experience across channels like chat, email, and phone. Salary starts at $26 per hour Key Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone • Troubleshoot product or service issues with clarity and empathy • Accurately document interactions in our support system (e.g. Zendesk) • Escalate complex cases and follow through until resolution • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve recurring issues • Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve products and processes • Maintain a positive, customer-first attitude in every interaction Requirements: • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms • Detail-oriented, reliable, and solution-focused • Able to stay calm and resourceful under pressure
