Position Overview

In this role, you will act as a Global Operations Associate, reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Operations. 
You will have the opportunity to support our growth and expansion in multiple countries as well as help us customize the Candex system and onboard global corporations. 
This position is fully remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish new subsidiaries across the world
  • Onboard new global clients 
  • Handle day to day customer emails
  • Coordinate with Sales / Account leads / CSMs to satisfy clients’ onboarding requirements
  • Regular audit and maintenance of the entity details
  • Assist in streamlining processes to make them efficient
  • Verify customer data by performing compliance checks

Qualifications and skills:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Undergraduate Bachelor’s degree in economics/finance/accounting is preferred
  • Fintech/Hi-tech experience is preferred
  • Impressive interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills with advanced Excel skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Tech savvy with the ability to pick up new technology quickly
  • Chinese / Japanese / Korean speaking - an advantage
