Customer Support Specialist for live chat

Creatunity LLC is a leading marketing agency and e-commerce company that is seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join the team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive prompt and professional service through chat. You will be expected to respond to inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, and ensure that all issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the client.

Responsibilities

• Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers by live chat
• Providing prompt, courteous, and professional service to clients
• Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department
• Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
• Working closely with other members of the customer support team to ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
• Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating these to the team

Requirements

• Knowledge of Filipino and English on Native Speaker level
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication)
• 2+ years of experience in a customer support role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias etc.)
