Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznań we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Customer Support Specialist
in Order Processing
Poznań, Poland
Your responsibilities:

• Collaborates with factories on complete goods product availability to ensure Dealer delivery schedule dates are met
• Sources orders to factories, informs Dealers and Sales Branches of orders status
• Coordinates product delivery with forwarders
• Manual invoicing in SAP
• Work closely with Dealer network, Sales Branches, and other JD departments across Europe
• Participation in continuous improvement initiatives according to business needs and requirements

Our requirements:

• Experience in customer service with knowledge of order processing
• Advanced knowledge in Excel preferred
• Paying attention to details and accuracy, analytical skills
• University graduate
• Very good in English is a must, French or German - nice to have
• Speaking German or France as second language (nice to have)
• Adapting easily and focusing on customer
• Teamwork player - creating trust, with high communication skills
