fixed storage centers, SolarLEAF™ allows you to expand the development of solar +
storage microgrids in minutes.
We are looking to add a Customer Support Technician to our team. If you are great at what you do, enjoy working in a startup environment, and are passionate about maintaining a workspace, we would like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Front-line support helping our installers and distribution partners solve technical problems via email, phone, text and chat
- Document received cases and close/follow up in a timely manner
- Coordinate with application engineering for escalations and/or OEM partner involvement
- Create and maintain the support knowledge base and corporate website FAQ
- Continuously learn about current and future product offerings
- Develop and deliver monthly case pareto reports to product engineering to improve current and future designs
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in customer support or equivalent in a direct customer facing role
- English required, plus a conversational level of Spanish (verbal and written)
- Exemplary interpersonal skills internal and external
- Solid understanding of electrical systems both three phase and single phase
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings
- Familiar with the NFPA NEC Code requirements for PV systems
- Solid understanding of microinverter systems
- NABCEP certified or an apprentice electrician a plus
- Familiar with Microsoft products and the Microsoft Teams environment
- Ability to take ownership and responsibility in a fast-paced, fun, and exciting new start-up environment
