Our Customer Support Specialist

• Communicates with corporate customers and business partners
• Investigates and improves of customer claims up to approved authority levels
• Interacts with other departments to resolve customer situations
• Works in an international and dynamic environment

About you
Our ideal colleague:

• Has good teamwork skills and cheerful attitude
• Feels comfortable speaking Spanish and English
• Owns the ability to prioritize and perform work
• Can multi-task and respond to rapid change without any worries
• Understands well the principles and foundations of MS Office Programs

An advantage is if you also:

• Have work experience in the field of support or data entry
• Are good in communication and problem solving
