The Role

As a Customer Team, Enablement Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supporting Bloomerang’s continued growth.  We are looking for a passionate enablement manager who will develop high impact training programs and identify opportunities for customer enablement success. As a member of the Customer Team, you’ll drive adoption of operational enhancements and support enablement solutions.


This role works closely with Product Marketing, Product, RevOps, Sales, and other organizational systems leadership to support the continuing product education for Support, Customer Success, Implementation and Professional Services. Your work will expand beyond the Customer Team and will impact the larger organization as the resources are developed and expanded into a library of enablement materials. 


What You Will Do

  • Serve as the connector between the departments of the Customer Team and Product Marketing to support product launch initiatives and enable departments to support customers. 
  • Build training programs that include measurable educational outcomes aligned to the enablement goals, such as increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention. 
  • Develop scalable and effective Customer Team onboarding programs to support Bloomerang’s growth.
  • Manage and optimize Bloomerang’s Customer Team enablement system and provide performance insights to the company.
  • Understand the customer journey and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support consistent adoption of product information so that Customer Team members can impart the best product knowledge, support, and training methods to our customers. 
  • Collaborate and support content delivered across the organization to successfully execute materials. 
  • Track team member performance and optimize engagement with enablement material amongst the team.


What You Need to Succeed

  • Experience in building, managing, and delivering enablement programs using a variety of delivery mediums to drive knowledge transfer and skill development
  • Able to engage and motivate learners when delivering training sessions.
  • Experience with delivering education in a variety of formats to ensure comprehension and user knowledge proficiency 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication focused in cross-functional collaboration.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is: $68,000 - $92,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.


Location

This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
