Be responsible for business consulting on customer service sales management and CRM.
Provide business analysis business solutions and optimize business processes.
Support clients to explore new business models and effective profitability.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Functional knowledge – Strategy CRM
• Industry experience – Consumer Electronic Product Healthcare Life Science Automotive or Industrial Products.
• Solid strategy consulting experience. Successful lead and deliver transformation projects.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience in C level communication is preferred.
