The Role:
As a Customer Trust Analyst, you are in a hands-on role that combines cybersecurity expertise, compliance knowledge, technical skills, and strong interpersonal abilities to deliver information on BeyondTrust's security and compliance standards to internal and external stakeholders, including customers to enhance our go-to-market activities.
The Customer Trust Analyst is responsible for fulfilling customer security questionnaires, addressing due diligence requests, engaging with customers, and participating in special projects to enhance existing procedures. In addition, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product & Engineering, Legal, and Security teams to ensure that documentation is up to date and make recommendations for areas of improvement.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide detailed and accurate information about BeyondTrust’s security program and implemented controls to support go-to-market activities such as customer security questionnaires, due diligence, and security assessments.
- Serve as a point of contact to engage in conversations with customers to communicate and represent BeyondTrust's information security practices.
- Assist with maintaining the knowledge base for BeyondTrust’s security information and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate responses and an efficient process.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to produce documentation that can be shared with our customer base regarding security practices and implemented security controls.
- Assist with driving process and program improvements to streamline customer security reviews in the sales cycle.
- Provide recommendations and details on trends, compliance updates, and requirements.
What You’ll Bring:
- This section captures the minimum level of experience, education and qualifications or expertise required to perform the job.
- 5+ years of applicable work experience in Information Security or Compliance.
- Understanding of cyber security principles, concepts, technologies, and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 27701, SOC 2, NIST SP 800-53/171/CSF, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and FedRAMP).
- Basic knowledge of cloud security principles, cybersecurity market, and industry certifications.
- Customer service oriented with a problem-solving approach able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute as a member of a team with strong written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking ability, proactive, and ability to work independently towards deadlines.
- Ability to quickly learn BeyondTrust’s security program and product portfolio.
