We’re looking for a Program Manager to lead strategic and operational initiatives that create both growth and efficiency across our Customers organization. In this role, you will work directly with multiple stakeholders, including executive leadership and various cross-functional departments to successfully implement key initiatives. You will impact the business through analyzing data, problem solving, and improving existing operations. 

Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze data through quantitative and qualitative mechanisms to make decisions on critical strategic issues
  • Support achievement of KPIs through analysis and execution of high impact initiatives across Lyft
  • Plan and drive implementation of new programs, processes, and systems to improve execution and productivity across teams
  • Set targets and develop plans to improve business performance
  • Launch, track, and adjust initiatives to drive business impact
  • Create, identify, and develop insights of metrics to improve business performance and drive business actions.
 Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in a combination of strategy and operations roles
  • Propensity to ask insightful questions, conduct thorough research, and understand both high-level strategy and ground-level tactical needs
  • Analytically minded with deep experience using data to drive insights and decision-making
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex data to wide audiences, including executives, and build clear, concise presentations
  • Adept at cross-functional collaboration, building consensus, and creating a shared plan
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, including directing non-direct reports
  • Sophisticated understanding of various performance metrics and KPIs for Sales and Business Development teams
  • Experience dealing with unstructured business issues
  • Intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and driven to make an impact on the business
  • Strongly predisposed to action and getting things done autonomously

Starting in September 2023, this role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays and a team-specific third day. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.

The expected range of pay for this position in the San Francisco area is $144,000-$160,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
