Responsibilities:

• Responsible for operating the auto cutter machine including aligning product in the machine and operating the cutter correctly to ensure product is cut cleanly along cut lines, as well as making necessary adjustments to the machinery.
• Responsible for performing this job in a quality and productive manner.
• Expected to maintain all housekeeping items and follow all housekeeping procedures associated with the position.
• Responsible for tying on rugs.
• Responsible for moving roll goods weighing in excess of 100 pounds
• Responsible for changing and sharpening blades.
• Responsible for threading rugs through rollers.
• Expected to follow all safety procedures associated with the position.

Qualifications:

• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• Ability to be an effective team member.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Must be able to lift, move, push, or pull material weighing in excess of 50lbs
