Cutting And Threading Machine Operator

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in operating various machinery, including Cutting and Threading machines . This role is critical to ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities • Use measuring tools (such as tape measures or calipers) to mark where the pipe or metal needs to be cut or threaded • Use machines to cut metal pipes or rods to correct length • Run machines that carve spiral threads in to the ends of pipes so they can be screwed into other parts • Blueprint reading • Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance. • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines. • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a factory setting is preferred. • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand tooling and machinery operations. • Familiarity with CAM programming and blueprint reading is highly desirable. • Experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues.
