Digital Servicing agents professionally handle incoming digital requests to ensure that customer, merchant and sponsor issues are resolved both promptly and accurately with the highest possible degree of respect and urgency.

Responsibilities:

• Process digital requests in a timely and accurate manner to deliver the highest level of customer experience
• Follow Job Aids and Procedures within Saba to maintain standard of work and quickly escalate sensitive issues
• Communicate improvement opportunities to drive both customer experience and SLA times.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Mail Print, Collections, and Customer Solutions to facilitate basic account requests from the customer
• Maintain communication with fellow Specialists to respond to questions and drive teamwork.
• Create customer request cases and understand performance reports within Salesforce

Basic Qualifications:

• HS diploma/GED.
• Proficient keyboard skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
• Strong comprehension to details to effectively communicate with customers.
• Team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

• College Degree.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Fasttrack, TLO, Corecard, and/or Commdata
• True Self Starter - requires minimal intervention to routine and strives for highest level of customer experience beyond minimum expectations
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
