Job Description:

The successful candidate will join our BPO Global Offering team with a specific focus on our CCX Offering. This is a strategic internal and external facing role, and the key deliverables are outlined below. This position is remote.

Scope of responsibilities:

Strategy, Roadmap, and Investments
  • Deliver a compelling strategic vision and roadmap for the offering comprising value proposition and solution.
  • Identify and manage the strategic partners required to deliver the value proposition
  • Work with global and regional sales teams to deliver a business development and targeting model that will enable double-digit growth.
  • Work with our delivery organization to ensure that they can deliver the strategy to meet the desired business outcomes.
  • Create and manage a dynamic offering roadmap
  • Develop business and investment cases to support the value proposition and meet hurdle rates relating to ROI and margin


Sales Cycle Domain Expert support
  • Recognized as the domain expert and be capable of leading CxO conversations to support the sales team across all stages of the sales cycle
  • Create high-quality customer and internal-facing materials and collateral to support messaging


Offering Evangelism and Partner Channels
  • Create strong messaging and collateral that highlights our capabilities, value proposition, and differentiators
  • Lead outbound and inbound forums to articulate and build our brand and capability
  • Identify, lead, and optimes partner channels to drive business development outside of DXC direct sales model.


Requirements and Experience

The successful candidate will be required to have a broad understanding of the current and future market trends relating to CCX outsourcing and the provision of managed services. Key knowledge areas should be around systems of engagement, live agents, workflow and integration, digital communications, design, and conversational AI services, service management and workforce optimization, systems of record, and core platforms (see image for further detail)

Advanced domain expertise and technical knowledge of CCX solutions and architecture,

A strong track record of transformation, speed to value, and analytics

A broad understanding of trends at a global and regional level, incorporating key incumbent and emerging competitors, the partner landscape, and market trends
  • Supporting the BPO Offering Lead to drive a growth strategy at a global and regional level.
  • A collaborative mindset to work across our other offerings and technology stack to create best in class business outcomes that drive superior client benefits
  • Business development and targeting to drive focus and growth
  • Presenting to our Platinum clients (Global Multinationals) as a domain expert and thought leader.
  • Being trusted advisor for "C" level shareholders (CEO, CTO)
  • Driving strategic programs and initiatives at a global and regional level
  • 10 years of domain expertise, an MBA is nice to have
  • High interpersonal, communication, and people leadership competencies
  • The ability to work through ambiguity and drive to results
  • Fast learning, teamwork, and ability to work under time pressure or with multiple priorities
  • English Language both written and verbal
  • Willingness to work across global regional clients and time zones (APAC, EMEA, Americas)
