Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Cyber Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to will provide support the Director for Cyber Engineering (CEY) for planning, executing, analyzing, and staffing of products for cyber exercises, cyber requirements development, cyber capability development, cyber risk management, and other duties as required.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide daily support to the Director for Cyber Engineering in management of TMT and taskers assigned to CEY.
  • Ensure Missile Defense Agency security protocols and standard operating procedures are understood and promulgated throughout the organization.
  • Assist the PMO in onboarding and out-processing of incumbents for the CEY organization.
  • Assist in cyber table top exercise planning efforts; provide support to internal/external participants i.eOGA, FFRDC, Military, etc. in execution of test events.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • MS or MA and 12 years' experience working Missile Defense-related or other complex DOD projects required; (consideration given to BS/BA from an accredited institution of higher learning in a related field with 20+years of experience in lieu of the Master's degree requirement)
  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • Understanding of Missile Defense System systems engineering including system assessment is a plus or experience working on other large complex DOD related projects or programs.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate technical information to senior MDA leaders.
  • Knowledge of and experience in the Task Management Tool (TMT), ability to review tasker requirements for the director for CEY and work with the CEY SMEs to resolve in a timely fashion
  • Experience with collaboration tools and digital engineering methods/tools such as Qlik, SharePoint, MS Teams, Jabber, etc.
  • Works independently and/or leads teams to analyze and resolve problems

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Experience with cyber-related capabilities, threats, vulnerabilities, and protections.
  • Knowledge of and experience in planning, execution, and evaluation/analysis of data resulting from cyber evaluation events and tests.
  • The ability to qualify for a TS/SCI is a positive.

Salary Range:

$98,800.00 - $199,100.00
