Cyber ITPM and InfoSec Engineering Support Virginia

This is a full-time position, and MUST HAVE a TS/SCI/Full Scope Polygraph Clearance and ISSA Certification.

2HB Incorporated is seeking a Cyber ITPM and InfoSec Engineering Support in order to support its government customers in the Mclean, VA area.

The US Government (USG) requires a team to coordinate and manage technical projects in support of a mission impact focused office. The USG seeks assistance with performing technical project management that spans technical data analysis, information technology security research, data integration, software evaluation, and graphical visualization disciplines for multiple projects using the USG's enterprise IT systems. The team will support technical projects spanning financial industry, telecommunications, media, and energy sectors.

ITPM:

• Work requirements: using cyber and technical operation knowledge to support Sponsor's mission; coordinating TEMs to determine customer needs; technical documentation; analyzing/developing solutions for integration of cyber datasets; providing insight into latest cyber trends; evaluating COTS and open-source tools for integration; creating a roadmap to execute process improvement activities; serving as member of Sponsor's Front Office support team; providing input into the Sponsor's tech review process
• Required skills: supporting initiatives that span organizations; working w/ cyber research, analysis, and forensic techniques to exploit technical data; gathering data and analyzing user needs; experience with networking and computer security; creating strategic plans, technical project plans, and roadmaps; communicating info to tech/non-tech audiences
• Desired skills: experience with technical operations development and support to cyber mission; working with Sponsor field offices; GPEN, CEH, and Security+ certs

Cyber Security Project Engineer:

• Work requirements: work w/ integrated team to develop mission-focused projects; extract/fuse network, computer, and mobile data from Sponsor data sources to provide added technical analysis and inform operational planning; evaluate/integrate technical and financial data; identifying key trends across technical/financial datasets; providing analysis via briefings, proposals, reports; leveraging financial technology and platforms to develop analytic reports; using IT security research to identify projects
• Required skills: technical data exploitation and analysis of all-source datasets; experience with computer systems, networking, and mobile dataset exploitation; using Sponsor datasets to develop/build out technical analysis; providing technical vulnerability assessments for networks; communicating info to tech/non-technical audiences
• Desired skills: working with crypto tech and financial transactional processes; providing data analysis using scripting and data analysis tools; working with internal/external financial offices; supporting tech operations development and cyber projects; CAMS or Crypto Investigator certs

Project Integrator:

• Work requirements: creating graphics, presentations, and briefing docs using Sponsor data; gathering, editing, and publishing Sponsor technical/operational data to create data visualizations; performing formatting, layouts, complex text, data viz, and graphics related to Sponsor technical projects; developing organizational, operational, and business process documentation
• Required skills: translating technical info in clear presentations; communicating info to technical/non-technical audiences; creating graphics and briefing slides for senior management; using graphics and presentation software to develop media, and graphics products for Sponsor briefing materials
• Desired skills: creating data visualizations from complex datasets; MS PPT, Publisher, or other Office products; Photoshop and Illustrator
