We are looking for a Cyber Operations Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced individual who is hard working with the ability to excel in a challenging, fast-paced government contractor environment. The position location is Ft. Belvoir, VA.

Overview

The Army account is looking for a qualified Cyber Operations SME. This position will conduct requirements gathering and analysis to help design a new SIEM solution for Army PEO EIS and address cybersecurity operational requirements. The desired candidate will work closely with client and Deloitte leadership to drive all cyber operations-related activities.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with other teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in the area of cyber operations, providing guidance to the client integration team and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other SMEs to implement data management strategies to support operations goals and outcomes based on stakeholder requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders, collect requirements, verify deliverables, and promote high-quality value in relation to the SIEM system and its analytics requirements.
• Review relevant security operations documents to understand the current state of technology and security operations practices.
• Coordinate and collaborate with client teams to integrate and optimize SOAR capabilities for cyber operations.
• Staff and manage a cyber operations team to provide security and monitoring.

Qualifications:

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Master's degree in a specialized field plus a minimum of 3 year of applicable experience; OR
• Bachelor's degree in the specialized field plus 8 years of applicable experience; OR
• Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 10 years of specialized experience.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, detail oriented, and ability to work as an individual contributor and with a team and ability to work closely with leadership.
