Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ownership of and technical/operational SME for a security product (Immersive Labs Crisis Simulator) that maximizes organizations' crisis preparation, engages participants with real world simulated storylines, contextual media, and embeds learning through muscle memory. Evaluate cyber threats, security events, and exercise outcomes to understand impact of cyber threats on each AIG entity. Conducts more detailed, comprehensive analysis on these exercise outcomes than the Cyber Readiness Analyst 1.
- Support planning and execution of exercise scenarios that enable measuring readiness for relevant threats. Document, oversee and own creation of a variety of reports on assessments and exercises. Provide guidance and recommendations to ISO Leadership regarding trends and recurring issues.
- Support the ongoing development and maturation of our readiness state. Generates new ideas on improving process, procedures and techniques to enable more efficiencies and effectiveness across team functions.
- Takes an active role in promoting cybersecurity best practices across the company and helps drive engagement activities promoting understanding of ISO's initiatives and objectives. Helps enable the AIG workforce with the knowledge, processes, and tools to respond effectively to the latest cyber threats.
- Actively participate in cybersecurity focused forums across government and industry to facilitate information sharing among our internal operational teams and promote best practices.

Problem Solving:
This role should be able to demonstrate critical analysis and effective problem solving of more complex issues. They should also be able to make recommendations based on an analysis of an issue. Recognize when escalation or help is required.
Job Related Experience:
4+ years in Information Technology or Information Security, or relevant work role.
Required Skills/Background:
- Knowledge of cyber defense and vulnerability assessment tools and their capabilities.
- Ability to function in a collaborative environment, seeking continuous consultation with other analysts and experts to leverage analytical and technical expertise.
- Ability to effectively collaborate via virtual teams.
- Ability to evaluate information for reliability, validity, and relevance.
- Ability to communicate complex information, concepts, or ideas in a confident and well-organized manner through verbal, written, and/or visual means.
- Skill in identifying cyber threats which may jeopardize organization and/or partner interests.
- Skill in the use of social engineering techniques. (e.g., phishing, baiting, tailgating, etc.).
- Skill to apply cybersecurity and privacy principles to organizational requirements (relevant to confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, non-repudiation).
