The Corvus Risk Advisory team engages with businesses that purchase Corvus’s Cyber or Tech E&O policy to help prevent cyber losses. Corvus has found that policyholders that engage with our team and technology experience 20% lower frequency and cost of claims.
This position will start in a fully remote setting, but will likely transition to a hybrid schedule within the next year.
Responsibilities

Project manage the daily operations of our risk management services

Hold calls with policyholders and brokers to discuss cyber risk management and incident response

Respond timely to questions from policyholders related to risk management and cybersecurity

Work with product, engineering and claims to improve the policyholder experience in our tech

Alert policyholders to vulnerabilities

Proactively execute on risk management communications for policyholders

Ensure high quality service delivery and customer satisfaction

Ensure data integrity through monthly audits of risk management and outreach data

Work within a customer service ticketing system
What you’ll bring to the flock
-
2+ years of cybersecurity customer success experience or insurance sales

Familiarity with insurance industry (cyber) preferred

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Highly organized, superb attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Experience implementing customer success best practices

Strong interpersonal skills supporting the need to build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and customers

Knowledge of cybersecurity and/or incident response best practices
Compensation Range: $75K - $95K
