POSITION SUMMARY:
  • The US Army Command-Electronics Command (CECOM) has a requirement to perform data
  • collection from over 100 Software Engineering Center (SEC) software systems and 200 Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC) hardware systems.
  • Broadleaf contractors on this task will perform data collection services over the next 9 months so that it can accurately model the collected data in a way that is mathematically sound and justifiable to United States Manpower Analysis Agency (USAMAA). Ultimately, CECOM is seeking to modify the authorizations on the Table of Allowances and Distribution (TDA) by working with US Army Manpower Analysis Agency (USAMAA) to validate its manpower studies and requirements.
  • Broadleaf will help CECOM accurately quantify the manpower requirements necessary to sustain SEC and ILSC systems. Broadleaf contractors on this task will aid in the Army's five-phased approach to studies: 1- Planning, 2- Data Collection Analysis & Validation, 3- Data Validation, Analysis and Cleansing, 4 - Completed Data for Modeling and Documentation


JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • This position will support data collection to ensure all cyber components are accounted for.
  • Identifies system components (hardware & software) and how they could impact manpower support by reviewing cyber security requirements, RMF artifacts, and other documentation.
  • Support the collection of cybersecurity of related 'workload drivers'.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Nine (9) Years minimum experience as a Cybersecurity Analyst or performing cybersecurity related activities within the last 10 years
  • Five (5) years of professional cybersecurity experience in the execution of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process for information systems. Must have experience with eMASS and Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) processes to include vulnerability scans and Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) analysis, Software Assurance (SwA), and vulnerability assessments for risk mitigations and remediation.
  • Must have experience with managing the Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M), Continuous Monitoring, and Federal Information System Management Act (FISMA) compliance.
  • Experience providing cyber RMF support for CECOM SEC or ILSC systems.


CLEARANCE LEVEL:
  • Active Secret Security Clearance


CERTIFICATION(S):
  • IAT or IAM Level II certified


EDUCATION:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or technical discipline.
  • Advanced Degree with concentration in Information Security or Cyber Security preferred.
  • Four additional years of experience can substitute for the degree provided the person has BOTH the relevant experience AND is fully IAT/IAM Level II certified.
