Cyber Security Professional I/Cyber Security Professional II
Technical advisor for the Information Systems (IS) security requirements necessary for the protection of all unclassified information processed, stored, and/or transmitted through the use of the IS. Interprets government requirements and internal policy, and implements the program security plans, policies, and procedures necessary to ensure compliance with all company and government requirements.
What You'll Do:

• Provide advice, guidance, and assistance to senior management, program managers, system users, and custodians relative to IS security matters.
• Perform audits of all IS, investigation anomalies, and record and report findings, as required. Coordinate and/or conduct detailed inquiries; assess potential damage; and develop, document, implement, and monitor corrective action plans. Perform data spill containment and clean up per customer direction.
• Operate and maintain data loss prevention technologies through the Ball Aerospace enterprise.
• Develop DLP policies and standard operating procedure guidelines.
• Perform self-inspections as required by government regulations and participate in customer audits and inspections.
• Analyze, interpret, and verify IS disaster recovery/contingency plans to assure the rapid recovery of IS in the event of an emergency or disaster.
• Perform other functions as designated or delegated by Security Management.
• Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Perform other duties as necessary.

What You'll Need:

• Cyber Security Professional I - Bachelor's degree plus 2 or more years related experience.
• Cyber Security Professional II - Bachelor's degree plus 5 or more years related experience.
• Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master's Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
• A current, active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
• Security+ CE, CASP CE, CISSP, or DoDD 8140 (DoDD 8570) IAM level I, II, or III certification.
• Familiarity with Data Loss Prevention technologies and how they are operated and maintained in an enterprise network type environment.
• Familiarity with NIST SP 800-53, NIST 800-171, and the DoD CMMC is preferred.

On-Site Work Environment: This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site five days each normally scheduled week in the primary work location. Travel and local commute between Ball campuses and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• HIRING SALARY RANGE FOR CYBER SECURITY PROFESSIONAL I: $85,500 - $116,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
• HIRING SALARY RANGE FOR CYBER SECURITY PROFESSIONAL II: $103,500 - $140,500 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
