$65,000 - $70,000 (Depending on experience level)

M thru F (8 hour shift between 6AM & 6PM)

Duties

• You will support Information Systems, data availability, integrity, authentication, and confidentiality as well as:
• Implement and monitor security measures for communication systems, networks.
• Develop security policies, plans, and procedures.
• Design and implement data network security measures; operate Network Intrusion Detection and Forensics.
• Conduct performance analysis of Information Systems security incidents.
• Develop COOP/DR plans and support certification of Information Systems and Networks. 
• Supervise operation of Electronic Key Management System and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). 
• Operate Host Based Security System (HBSS), firewalls, Intrusion Prevention Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, Virtual Private Networks and related security operations.
• Evaluate communication hardware and software for efficiency and DOD compliance.
• Troubleshoot LAN / MAN / WAN network problems.
• Provide technical expertise for performance and configuration of networks. 
• Perform LAN / BAN / WAN administration and test complex large‐scale computer integrated networks. 
• Schedule conversions and cutovers. 
• Supervise staff and systems maintenance

To qualify for this position you will need:

• DOD Secret Security Clearance
• IAT Level II Certification (CompTIA Security+CE or Equivalent)
• 5 years of related experience
• Understanding of Cyber Security Operations required
• Primary task is Network Scanning and responding to security events.
