PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Troy 7, Inc. is seeking a Cyber Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role you will get to support the Cyber Engineering Director (MDA/CEY) with cybersecurity engineering of the Missile Defense System, focusing on definition and design of System and Element-level cyber survivability requirements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Assist in the technical planning, development, and integration of cybersecurity and cyber resiliency requirements for the Missile Defense System
  • Support identification of cyber threats and vulnerabilities, identification of Risks, improvement of Defensive Cyber Operations through robust system specification reviews and strengthening Missile Defense System cyber capabilities
  • Work with internal customers (cyber engineering and element ISSMs in ensuring weapon system cyber requirements are integrated in the system design and supported through various testing cycles (i.e., CTTXs, GT, DT/OT events)
  • Review engineering technical review plans to ensure the cyber engineering stakeholder requirements in the system development lifecycle are planned and met prior to executive reviews

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS/BA in STEM area and 7 years' experience
  • Active secret security clearance
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate technical information to senior MDA leaders
  • Knowledge of and experience in test planning and execution and evaluation/analysis of data resulting from test events
  • Ability to work independently and/or function within teams to analyze and resolve problems

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • General knowledge of cyber compliance, policies, and procedures in DOD information systems and platforms
  • Understanding of Missile Defense System systems engineering including system assessment or experience working on other large complex DOD related projects or programs
  • Knowledge of and past experience in implementing and evaluating RMF controls for weapons systems
  • Experience in executing CVTs, ACDs, CVIs, AA, CVPA, and characterizing risks
  • Experience with system authorization processes
  • Experience with blue and red team penetration testing techniques
  • DoD 8140 Certification(s) i.e. CISSP, CISM, CEH
  • Active or the ability to qualify for a TS/SCI clearance
