Job Description
*Hybrid Position*
- Execute Approved Design and Install, Configure, and Customization of PAM capabilities to include business process analysis and design, configuration, and development of CyberArk Privileged Access Manager to meet requirements
- Perform quality assurance testing on all customizations and configurations, to include the creation and maintenance of test cases scripts both manual and automated. The scope of test execution includes unit, integration, regression, and performance testing
- Document all technical configurations and business processes, conduct knowledge share with sustaining operations staff, and transition to Operations
- Provide sustaining support for PAM tools and configuration, including bug fix and break fix as required
- Document "customer facing" job aids to be used by applicable end-users with process responsibilities so that they can understand how to execute their responsibilities with the tool
- Design solutions to meet customer privileged access management requirements
Product team members will be expected to meet with customers seeking a solution that the PAM product line may be able to address. Ask questions to gain an understanding of the problem that needs to be addressed and identify and document appropriate solution options for the customer. When a solution design is accepted by the customer, implement the solution in the PAM solution, and work with the customer to integrate it with their system or endpoint - Implement policies and configurations in COTS tools Configure all requirements in the appropriate tool and includes installing agents or configuring system connections
- Support Post-Production changes and enhancements
Maintain customer integrations with the PAM service including updates to the integration configuration based on evolving customer requirements.
Basic PAM Integrations include:
- Safes to store shared secrets for teams and individuals, allowing for secure spaces with role-based access control. Safes are protected with FIPS 140-2 Level 3 encryption
- Centralized policy management allows administrators to set policies for password complexity, frequency of password rotations, and more. Automated password rotation helps strengthen security while eliminating time-intensive, manual processes for the IT teams.
- Vault Administration setup and training for delegated administrators
- Privileged identity management and governance. Roles and permissions are created in the ICAM Enterprise Identity Management Service (EIMS) with request/workflow and provisioning and access review certification campaigns
Requirements
- Experience in CyberArk PAM, including:
- Vault
- Password Vault Web Access (PVWA)
- System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM)
- Central Policy Manager (CPM)
- Privileged Session Manager (PSM)
- Privileged Session Manager Proxy (PSMP)
- Relevant experience in performing IAM Requirement Analysis, Preparing Process Map ("As Is" & "To Be"), Providing Training
- Very good understanding of Identity and Access management domain, Provisioning, Governance, Life Cycle Management (LCM) and Compliance
- Good experience in communication to business stake holders, providing training, and documentation
- Good experience as an Agile team member
- Strong working knowledge of Atlassian Jira & Confluence
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government clearance (Public Trust)
