Who you are:

To support our digital transformation, we're looking for an product launch specialist to focus on launching our products in our direct to consumer platforms. In this position, you will support marketing initiatives and will be responsible for the tactical execution of product launches for US and Canadian markets on D2C channels. Understanding of workflows as well as task management will be key for success for all phases of digital lifecycle management.

What you'll do:• Interacting and collaborating with other stakeholders across the organization from areas within marketing and outside of marketing to digitally launch products• Collaborating with commercialization on new product introductions ensuring digital commercialization for consumers and customers • Tracking and progressing workflow of product launches, ensuring all predecessor tasks are completed, in order to launch products digitally• Validation of D2C product information and content within PIM• Publishing, refreshing and transitioning products on our D2C platforms• Rolling up your sleeves to investigate and troubleshoot issues

Minimum Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree• 1-3 years' experience or equivalent experience to a corporate environment• Experience working in project management tools• Experience working in Content Management Systems (CMS) and publishing to websites• Working knowledge of digital marketing best practices and understanding of digital production processes

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Experience with the following technologies: CMS (Content Management), DAM (Digital Asset) and PIM (Product Information)• Experience with graphics editing tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. • Ability to manage multiple projects, tight deadlines and changes• Excellent interpersonal communication skills is required• Ability to work within a team and cross functionally, with the confidence to communicate competing priorities up the chain• Strong desire to learn and implement those learnings• A bias toward action
