All about the role:

The ConsumerDirect Interaction organization is responsible to offer meaningful interactionscreating value to our consumers through all the channels and touchpoints. Weorganize ourselves with a cross-functional mindset, around the consumer, whichincludes the functions D2C ecommerce, D2C Supply Chain, Contact Center,Service, Ownership Solutions and Marketing.

As the D2CSolutions Lead, you will work in close collaboration with the D2C BusinessOwner to ensure our D2C eCom platforms meet business needs. Your naturalleadership skills will allow you to oversee several key functions within the ITdepartment and external suppliers that enable the delivery of high-qualityservice to the business stakeholders.

You will be owningthe D2C eCom IT solutions team responsible for implementing new solutions inour D2C eCom platforms. You will be reviewing current implementations andprocesses, propose improvements, leading an ongoing process of continuousimprovement and ensure that your specialist knowledge is shared throughout theorganization. This scope is not only forthe existing eCommerce applications but also is expected to drive IT needsthroughout the D2C journey such as final mile, distributed order management,marketplace, etc.

You will have theopportunity to work cross-functionally with local IT, Group IT, Sales,Marketing, and CDI teams.

What you'll do:

  • Own the IT implementations in the D2C eCom landscape.
  • Own the IT relationship with the D2C Sales business organisation and partner in the technical roadmap.
  • Champion service and support in projects and develops a strong understanding of projects impacting your service area and ensures service impact is minimised and agreed.
  • Drives internal and third-party service review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality, and processes.
  • Drives Infrastructure Operations, Application Operations, Application Development, and any other third-party teams to ensure speed and efficiency in incident resolution.
  • Determines ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.

    Assesses customer feedback and uses creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.
  • Develops and maintains a collaborative relationship with business and IT stakeholders to meet their needs through the change management process and maintain an optimal climate for support and sharing.

Qualificationsrequired:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT and business/industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
  • Experience in IT solution development disciplines, including direct to consumer solutions (apps, web and platforms), consumer and service platforms and call center technologies.
  • Knowledge of business ecosystems, SaaS, infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), SOA, APIs, open data, microservices, event-driven IT and predictive analytics.
  • Preferably, knowledge on SAP C/4 Hana platform, more specifically SAP Service Cloud, Consumer Services platforms (Genesys / ComAround / IFS) and Customer Data Cloud.
