The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
 

As a(n) [insert job title/alternate job title option], you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Systems Architecture
• Determining system, infrastructure, integration and security activities required to enable the D365 ERP Roadmap.
• Implementing necessary lifecycle projects for the D365 platform
• Supporting various programs, assessments and decisions from a platform architecture perspective.
• Willingness to be on-call (interest question)

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND (5) years of (Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Deployment and or support experience)

OR

• High School Diploma/GED from AND (X+4) years of (the same job-related experience) 

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• 10 years of IT experience, of which 5 years is in a global company
• 2 years of experience in a similar role in Systems architecture
• Excellent communication skills
• Current, valid Driver’s License. (Delete if not applicable)

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• [Master's] degree in [describe preferred disciplines] from an accredited institution
• Ability to work through ambiguity in a highly visible and high-pressure environment
• Experience in diverse multi-national environments
