Avanade Inc. is seeking a D365 CRM Developer in Philadelphia, PA to design, deploy, and test conceptual architecture and technical solutions. In this role, you will: develop and test mission critical Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform solutions including, web services, enterprise portals and mobile applications; design/develop solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns; perform systems management and integration functions; gather and define technical, operational and user requirements; perform basic support and debugging, as well as maintain and repair existing applications; contribute to the repository of intellectual property; deliver all phases of Avanade projects (Plan, Analyze, Design, Build and Test); define technical, operational and user requirements; create conceptual architecture and solution design materials; develop the solution against the design; develop and implement appropriate quality control and testing procedures; partner with cross-functional technology teams to integrate solutions and requirements solution strategies; and coordinate with and leverage offshore resources. Periodic travel to client sites (domestic and international) is expected. Must live w/in reasonable commuting distance of Philadelphia, PA.

Basic Qualifications:

The position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or closely related field, plus at least four (4) years of experience as a D365 CRM Developer, or in a similar role in a technology or consulting environment. A qualified applicant's experience must include: 4 years of experience analyzing, designing, developing, implementing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform application code for Sales and Customer Service functionality; 4 years of experience developing client-based and/or web-based software solutions; 4 years of experience performing application development, complex code development, application testing, and component design; 4 years of experience working in Software-as-a Service (SaaS) environments, Microsoft SQL Server, HTML, Microsoft ASP, and Microsoft .NET; 1 year of experience using Azure; and 1 year of experience performing data migration using Microsoft SSIS.
