Job Description

The IT Department is looking for an Enterprise Resource Planning (D365 F&O) Operations Manager, based in our New York Corporate Office. The D365 F&O Operations Manager will contribute to the support and evolution of the ERP within Eataly, supporting the users distributed in North America stores.

In this role the ideal candidate will join the internal IT Department and will have strict cooperation with internal stakeholders and external D365 consultants to coordinate functional changes of Dynamics D365, maintenance activities, ticket resolution, ticket escalation, quality testing.

This role reports to the Director, IT.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Evaluating the customers' requirements, business processes and current issues to develop models and provide effective solutions
• Understanding various business processes, including but not limited to Order Management and Pricing, Procurement and Sourcing, Trade Agreement and Purchase Agreements
• Overseeing and actively participating in system design, initialization, database management, integration design, fit-gap analysis, training, and reporting aspects of D365 F&SCM implementations
• Participating in discovery meetings with the client to understand current business processes that need to be incorporated into ERP solutions
• Working with the stakeholders to understand legacy data components and identify whether and how to migrate that data to the new system
• Familiarity with best practices for managing business processes and transacting in ERP systems across a broad array of industries
• Identifying and presenting to client's sound solutions for addressing business processes that aren't fully accomplished by core functionality in ERP systems
• Configuring ERP application as required to conform to business process requirements
• Providing on-going support to end users, assisting with troubleshooting or additional training via email, phone, or site visits
• Handling the pressures of simultaneous tasks, issues, problems, and ambiguity
• Effectively communicating with customer and CGI stakeholders at all levels and work through difficult customer issues, CGI team members, and/or subcontractors, partners, or third-party vendors
• Cooperating with team members based in Italy and abroad: ICT members, colleagues from other Departments, external consultants, suppliers of ICT solutions and services
• Demonstrating flexibility by adapting behavior, work methods, collaboration, teamwork, and proactive approaches in response to changes or new obstacles on a project

Qualifications

• 10+ years of significant industry experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or supply chain management
• 8+ years of Microsoft ERP implementation experience, preferably D365 Finance/Supply Chain
• 5+ years of experience in participating in global client implementations or projects
• 5+ years of experience in participating in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations
• 5+ years of experience in leading work streams in ERP implementation project
• 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps experience
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven written and verbal communication and demonstration, presentation skills
• Timely, decisive, and effective problem-solving skills
• D365 Certification, MB300, MB320/330
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

Pay: $115,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
