Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Sales Manager to play a key role in expanding partnerships in the German / Austrian / Swiss market, and potentially also the Eastern Europe market. This position can be located anywhere in Germany.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies and account plans to drive sales growth
- Work closely with marketing teams to align strategies to the unique characteristics of your target market.Â
Negotiations and Closing:
- Conduct negotiations with partners and ensure mutually beneficial agreements are reached.Â
- Drive the sales process from first contact to closing and meet or exceed sales goals.Â
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work seamlessly with internal teams, including marketing and sales support, to ensure partner needs are met and a best-in-class customer experience.Â
Product Knowledge:
- Deeply understand Cricut products and how they fit the creative needs of your craft/DIY partners.Â
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of Cricut products to potential partners.Â
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.Â
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably with consumer electronics
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Â
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Â
- Self-starter and goal-oriented.
- You are able to work from home
- Affinity with craft and / or other creative hobbies is a plus.

- This position is based in Germany (home-based work)Â
