THE JOB:

As a Dancer at Coyote Ugly, you’ll be the face of exceptional hospitality, delivering WOW-worthy experiences with your friendly demeanor and top-notch service. By attentively understanding and anticipating guests' unique preferences, you’ll create moments of joy and delight that make every visit unforgettable and leave a lasting impression long after they’ve left the casino floor.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Able to freestyle dance and improvise in role

• Engage and interact with guests, act as the emcee, and promote venue by engaging guests on the casino floor and bystanders and handing out promotional items

• Dance and perform various shows in costume

• Learn an indefinite number of routines to perform

• Teach his/her role to new employees when requested by Dance Captain or above

• Exercise reasonable care with costumes and report any damage or repair issues to wardrobe and costumes department

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Work Schedule: Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.

• Dance Experience: Prior dance experience, preferable in a professional setting at a resort

• Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service background, with the ability to create personalized experiences and address guest needs promptly and professionally.

• Resort/Casino Experience: Familiarity with the dynamics of working in a resort or casino environment, adept at managing high-energy guest interactions.
