Schedule: M-F 8:30am-5:30pm (1 hour lunch break); may need additional availability on occasion for special projects, etc.

About the Position:

The Data Administrator will be responsible for inputting various information gathered from different departments into our ERP (NetSuite). This position will centralize data entry and help in the control of quality information going into the system to create a reliable data source for the organization. The position will complete tasks in an organized and timely manner to ensure that key dates and deadlines are met in support of our customers.

What's Expected (including but not limited to):

• Setup of new Entity records:
  -skus/Item records - new sku imports
  -vendor records
• Maintain all Entity Records in Netsuite - update changes:
  -Sku/Item records - all changes including price levels, active status, drop statuses, dimensions, descriptions etc.
  -Customer Records - address tables, note selections, deductions, freight terms, contact information, edi requirements - any area but the financial, pricing or commissions.
  -Employee Records
  -Vendor Records
  -Sales team records (if we continue other a new territory setup with sales managers)
• Lists maintenance - update lists for record fields with new selections
• Bin maintenance for warehouse locations - creation active status and inactive.
• Bill of materials (BOMs) maintenance for assembled items including routing
• Support the flow of purchase order approvals by making adjustments as necessary in approver absences
• Manual data entry and/or formatting of data worksheets for import
• Assist in additional duties as requested

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• HS Diploma or GED
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify
• English proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)
• Computer savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel skills at a minimum
• Strong typing skills with high accuracy
• Must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
• Must be able to learn and retain a working knowledge of new and existing product lines
• Must be extremely detail oriented and organized
• Strong technical aptitude for computer systems and applications

Education/Experience/License Requirements:

• 2-year degree in business administration or closely related field is preferred
• 2+ years of administrative support experience is preferred, specifically in data entry and/or administration
• Experience working with an ERP system (NetSuite is highly preferred)
• Experience working for a manufacturing or distribution company is highly preferred
• Demonstrated organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
