Data Administrator in R&D team

Role: Data Administrator in R&D team

Location: Mijdrecht, Netherlands

Summary

The Data Administrator in R&D team will support the team (Packaging, Processing, Lab Engineers) with the following tasks:

• Primarily technical administrative tasks (i.e. SAP/PLM, Bill of Material process, Special pack Projects, Specification Clean Up).

• PO creation and cost tracking, shipment preparation and tracking.

• Lab testing where necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Work in/with PCM Systems & Tools (i.e. PLM, R252, Winshuttle, WebCenter) under supervision of the Packaging Engineer to,

  • Support Bill of Materials (BOM process)

    • R252 creation and completion

    • Material Master code creation

    • Creation and reworking of BOMs

    • Artwork approvals

  • Support Special Pack projects,

    • BOM process (including sub-steps of step a)

    • Specification development and tracking

• ​Support specification clean-up workstream

• Support the team by issuing POs for materials and trials, and updating the cost tracker to keep budget under control.

• Support the team (Packaging, Processing, Lab Engineers) with preparation and tracking of inbound/outbound shipments (i.e. raw materials, packaging components, samples, finished goods).

• Support the team (Packaging, Processing, Lab Engineers) under supervision of the Engineer with performing validation testing (i.e. E-comm ISTA certification).

Experience you will bring:

• Fluent English

• Proven ability to work with Excel

• Experience with SAP will be a plus
