The person will be responsible for supporting the Resource Management team to ensure that various Resource Management tools are updated to reflect correct staffing status. They will also publish reports to show performance of various KPI’s.

The person will be responsible for following duties and shall be expected to take up additional tasks as assigned by their leader.

• Functions as part of Resource Management team in managing the Scheduling System updates in the Firm’s chosen tool accurately and timely.
• Update short term to long term staffing in assigned RM tool.
• Generates scheduling, utilization and forecasting reports and provides analysis using the Scheduling system and multiple software packages (i.e., MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Proofs, edits and checks work for completeness, accuracy and formatting.
• Verifies that scheduling, reporting and other related information is current and accurate
• Structure large data sets to find usable information and use graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data.
• Collaborate with Resource Management team and client engagement teams to understand their business needs and drive consistency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate both verbally and written with diverse audiences at all levels of the organization.
• Effective organization and time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Should be able to operate with sense of urgency.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s Degree

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Good understanding of MS Office with high proficiency in MS Excel including complex formulae, pivots and Powerpoint.
