Roles & Responsibilities:

• Strong Data Analyst experience and healthcare domain knowledge
• Client expectation is that the resource should be able to hit the ground running to begin working on projects with minimal training.
• Work with business to understand requirements
• Work with architects to understand solution and data model
• Perform data analysis on large volume of healthcare payer operational data by writing complex queries.
• Based on analysis prepare comprehensive source to target mapping identify data sources join conditions filter conditions and transformation logic to populate in target as per business requirements reporting needs outbound data feed specifications.
• Support any questions that rise during development and testing.
• Develop SQL queries to produce ad-hoc reports per business request.
• The associate could be remote until return to office is implemented at BCBSM. Return to office is planned to be implemented starting August 2022

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000.00 - 120,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
