About the Role

As a Data Analyst at Finfare, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring, tracking, and developing enterprise-wide metrics to drive Finfare’s product and business strategies. The Data Analyst will work closely with the Data Product Manager to elicit reporting needs, serve as the go-to person to design and implement important metrics for verticals, and build enterprise-level dashboards. 

We are seeking a proactive and adaptable individual who is creative, can connect the dots across verticals, and an expert in data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Identify and communicate with key stakeholders
• Gather, review and analyze business data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools
• Liaise between various business departments and groups
• Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling
• Maintain documentation regarding various data visualization projects, processes, and operations
• Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and cross-functional teams
• Fulfill ad hoc reporting requests and other projects
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role analyzing data and creating data visualizations
• Expertise in Tableau and building dashboards
• Familiar with Databricks
• Understanding of general data management practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Background in FinTech a plus but not required

• Previous experience in a fintech or data-intensive industry.
• Knowledge of data security best practices and data governance.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies and techniques.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $65k - 85k (depending on experience).
