This is a rare opportunity for a growth-minded individual to not only join a fast-growing organization but help build its data culture. Reporting to our Sr. Director of Data and Analytics, the ideal candidate will work closely with internal business partners across the organization on reporting and analysis tasks.Â
In this role, you will:Â
- Develop scalable and automated reporting and analytics solutions and performance monitoring tools for the end userÂ
- Analyze performance, identify trends from data, find new opportunities and address ad-hoc data requests
- Build and maintain cross-functional partnerships directly with key stakeholders across engineering, product, finance, sales and marketing
- Evangelize and facilitate the use of data, including standardized KPIs and consistent measurement methodologies
- Present project ideas and results to multiple levels of leadership with effective presentation and visualizationÂ
Key Position RequirementsÂ
- Technical degree in computer science, engineering, or a related fieldÂ
- At least 1 year of professional experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related fieldÂ
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.Â
- Ability to understand, translate, and map business questions into analysis tasks and projectsÂ
- Ability to work independently while interacting with multiple business teams and stakeholders
- Experience training end-users on new reports and dashboards
- Expertise in SQL, PowerBI, Snowflake, or similar technologies
- Experience with statistical analysis, regression modeling and forecasting, and time series analysisÂ
Not Required, But Nice to Have:Â
- Understanding of data warehousing technologiesÂ
- Experience in financial services is a strong plus, including financial and compliance related reportingÂ
