Salary Range $85,000 - $110,000*

Role Summary:

As a Data Analyst you will utilize your excellent technical skills to help us build a scalable Tableau platform. Your strong passion for data will help our business partners adopt Tableau for dashboards and visualizations to derive valuable business insights and eliminate technical and economic constraints from legacy BI tools.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience supporting enterprise BI platforms, Tableau preferred.

• SQL power user (e.g., query optimization, CTEs, materialized views, windowing functions etc.)

• 5+ years of experience in related analytical or data engineering fields

• Experience with dashboard building and optimization in visualization / business intelligence platforms like Looker or Tableau 

• Exposure to DBT or similar analytics workflow tools

• Experience with cloud data platforms ( Snowflake preferred)

• Experience with data governance (e.g., defining procedures, establishing change management policies etc) 

• Bonus points for exposure to AtScale modeling 

Role Description:

• Manage and maintain enterprise Tableau environment including configurations and visualizations while utilizing a secondary tool for its semantic layer 

• Own associate Tableau implementation by creating set user permissions, data governance and best practices 

• Mentor team on best practices through documentation, collaboration, training, and PR reviews

• Manage Tableau authentication and authorization

• Design and develop reports and dashboards required by business partners, ensure that dashboards are designed with permissions in mind

• Assist analysts, business users, and citizen data scientist with all BI tools

• Work with Analytics Engineers and DataOps to develop data pipelines and model required data sets 

• Support Migration efforts from legacy BI tools
