Data Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst or QA to join our team and manage the flow of information in our sales CRM, Pipedrive. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, have experience working in remote environments, and possess advanced knowledge in Excel, Power BI, Asana, and Pipedrive.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the flow of information in the sales CRM (Pipedrive), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales and operations teams to improve data efficiency and quality.

• Perform detailed data analysis and generate reports using tools like Excel and Power BI to support strategic decision-making.

• Identify areas for improvement in data processes and work proactively to implement solutions.

• Provide continuous support to our brands, Floatie Kings and Create Custom Molds, ensuring the sales team has the information needed to execute their strategies effectively.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English.

• Experience working in remote environments.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Asana, and Pipedrive.

• Strong detail orientation, analytical, and numerical skills.

• Experience in sales environments and cross-functional collaboration with operations teams.
