Data Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst or QA to join our team and manage the flow of information in our sales CRM Pipedrive . The ideal candidate should be fluent in English have experience working in remote environments and possess advanced knowledge in Excel Power BI Asana and Pipedrive .

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the flow of information in the sales CRM (Pipedrive) ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales and operations teams to improve data efficiency and quality.

• Perform detailed data analysis and generate reports using tools like Excel and Power BI to support strategic decision-making.

• Identify areas for improvement in data processes and work proactively to implement solutions.

• Provide continuous support to our brands Floatie Kings and Create Custom Molds ensuring the sales team has the information needed to execute their strategies effectively.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English.

• Experience working in remote environments.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel Power BI Asana and Pipedrive .

• Strong detail orientation analytical and numerical skills.

• Experience in sales environments and cross-functional collaboration with operations teams.
