What you will do:

As a Data Analyst, you will acquire, analyze, and integrate data to deliver actionable insights for the global commercial analytics team and the Navigator platform.

How you will do it:

  • Design and build data flows, queries, models, and effective data visualizations.
  • Develop a holistic understanding of how data flows across CRM platforms, ERPs, and other source systems to the enterprise data platform.
  • Analyze source system data and reporting, working with initiative and incomplete information to drive reconciliation.
  • Synthesize adoption and usage metrics with commercial metrics.
  • Support global and functional standardization of data delivery and reporting / visualization, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business imperatives, and organizational priorities.
  • Leadership expectations:

What we look for:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Economics); or equivalent working experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with SQL and PowerBI (or Tableau).
  • Experience working with data generated from CRMs and/or ERPs.
  • Ability to communicate well with both senior business leadership and technical partners.
  • Proven organizational skills within a large enterprise.
  • Ability to work in a global team environment.
  • Experience with Snowflake, ADF, and/or Git are a plus.
  • Experience with product analytics is a plus.
