RER Solutions, Inc., is accepting resumes for a Data Analyst to become a part of our superior workforce in Washington, DC. The Data Analyst will provide onsite and remote support for federal program leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assure confidentiality of highly sensitive data/information
- Perform data collection, entry, organization, analysis, and research for various
- Contribute to the development of presentations, reports, surveys, and tools for OEOF's review and approval
- Summarize information from various sources for different types and levels of consumption as well as perform validation checks
- Assist with data analyses concerning various matters and data analyses requirements under MD-715 for purposes of the agency identifying triggers and obstacles to the employment of discreet workforce populations
- Pull and analyze workforce demographic data and other human capital data needed for responding to complaint discovery requests, interrogatories, Congressional inquiries, and barrier analyses under Management Directive 715 and assisting FHFA with our Affirmative Employment goals of the EEOC
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of US Citizenship required to obtain client-issued Public Trust
- 1 + years of professional experience serving as a data analyst in the private or public sector
- Experience and background in analyzing workforce demographic data for equity/diversity analyses
- Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and an understanding of fundamental business writing
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma with 5 years of relevant experience
