Data Analyst

As HotelRunner, We’re looking for great Data Analysts ready to take on some serious hacking for our İzmir R&D Office.

We aim to create a platform that enables hotels and travel agencies to reach travelers worldwide in order to maximize profits and revenues. About the job

• Utilize statistical methods and tools for data analysis (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, HotelRunner Insights).
• Effectively present analytical findings using data visualization techniques.
• Develop processes for data collection, processing, and cleansing to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data security and privacy.
• Design and implement data management policies, standards, and operational frameworks, and drive their adoption across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in a data analyst or related role is preferred.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau, and other relevant platforms.
• Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools for presenting actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and benchmarking.
• Experience in implementing data management policies and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of data security and privacy standards and practices.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
• Living in Izmir
