As an Order Management Support Analyst on the Markets Operations team, you will help facilitate Bakkt's customer business by detecting, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to customer orders as well as support services related to the storage of digital assets. You will work closely with our Relationship Management, Product, and Engineering teams to support Bakkt's proprietary software platforms. Must be willing to be onsite 3 days a week.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve productions issues.
• Build and execute SQL scripts in a SQL server environment.
• Develop and maintain reports using SSRS.
• Work with internal and external partners to monitor the order lifecycle and general health of customer orders.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements and needs into analytic solutions within multiple areas in IT and with suppliers, including key leaders and managers.
• Leverage data to understand in-depth IT business processes and identify areas of opportunity for process improvement.
• Write queries, analyze, visualize, and provide analytics on data to build reporting solutions to support various company initiatives.
• Develop a deep understanding of analytical data models.
• Support in reporting and data analytics.
• Support and guide internal users on dashboards and reports.
• Automate solutions where appropriate.
• Assist in the management of digital asset transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of experience with MS SQL/ MySQL, SSRS, and SSIS.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and designs.
• Knowledge of scripting experience (Python).
• Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
• Self-directed and able to work effectively in a team environment with strong interpersonal communication skills.
• A security first mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to perform under stressful situations.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Scheduling Flexibility Required.
