Data Analyst

The Data Analyst assists Ernest in developing business intelligence insights.  This is accomplished through compiling and analyzing information relating to business issues and decisions.  The Data Analyst will work closely with both the Business Insights Team (BIT) and the Information Technology (IT) team to define and document requirements for each business question. In addition, this position will assist with utilizing a business intelligence software package (SAP Analytics Cloud) and will help with some business reporting needs in our ERP system (SAP).

• Assist in developing project plans and schedules
  • Project time management and BI projects
• Work in conjunction with Business Analyst (not hired yet) to assist in data mine information for trends and other insights
  • Open ended analysis this department brings to table
• Coordinate Business Intelligence (BI) system training, educational tools and materials.
  • Assisting with the BI tool training and development

Position REQUIREMENTS:  

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field or business
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent process management and problem solving skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of an organization
