Job Description

• Design, analyze, and interpret the results of experiments
• Drive the collection of new data and the refinement of existing data sources
• Fine-tune recommender system and search engine
• Implement and test new machine learning algorithms

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative field
• Experience with recommender systems and/or search engines is considered an asset
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their advantages/drawbacks
• Experience using Python and Python data analysis libraries (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, tensorflow) and SQL
• Strong data & logical analysis skills
• Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (AB testing, statistical hypothesis testing, regression, properties of distributions, etc.) and their real-world applications
• Experience with data visualization tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Kibana
• Experience with C# or/and Java is considered a plus
