Data Analyst

Your role at Exness:

We are looking to hire a Data Analyst for the Data Management team who will drive implementation of Data Management within the company; develop the Data Management tools; collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data management best practices, support the company's data-driven decision-making processes as a Data Analyst of Data Management team in Information Technology Division.

You will:

• Collaborate with business and data stakeholders to define expectations and priority areas for Data Management;
• Analyse company metadata, Develop, modify, and maintain data-driven processes based on it;
• Create and maintain guidelines and technical solutions required for Data Management implementation at Exness, covering Metadata Management, Data Quality and Data Security;
• Support development of Data Catalog (define functional and non-functional requirements, supervise development), including coordination of data ingestion to the Data Catalog;
• Prepare training materials and conduct Data Management training for Exness teams and business teams;
• Oversee Data Management processes execution across Exness;
• Implement and maintain processes for data cleansing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure data accuracy and reliability as a part of Data Quality area;
• Manage data throughout its lifecycle, ensuring proper archiving and deletion practices;
• Maintain and enhance Data Management Tableau dashboards and other BI tools.

What makes you a great fit:

• 2+ years of experience in the areas of Data Analytics, Data Management, Business Intelligence or Data Warehouse in the roles of Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Data Engineer or similar;
• Experience with Enterprise Data Architecture, Data Lifecycle Management, Metadata Management and Data Quality;
• Database (RDBMS) knowledge and experience;
• Good knowledge of SQL and Python;
• Good customer management skills (to understand the needs of stakeholders and manage their expectations);
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments;
• Ability to see opportunities, plan ahead, and respond to change;
• Experience of Data Catalog and Data Quality frameworks implementation would be an advantage;
• Data Management-related certification would be an advantage.
