Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst on the Operations team, you’ll have a very hands-on scope of work. We expect you to be able to consistently query our data warehouse, collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, provide relevant insights to other business teams, create KPIs and monitoring dashboards.

What you’ll do

• Transform data into relevant insights and present them with recommendations for improvement
• Create and monitor relevant KPIs and visualizations, as well as give necessary maintenance to them
• Identify new sources of data that can be used to improve decision-making and operational efficiency 
• Develop and implement data management policies and procedures to ensure data quality and accuracy
• Manage and prioritize demands incoming from Operations stakeholders
• Actively participate in OKR discussions of the team and wider areas related to Operations

You’ll be great for this role if you

• Have advanced SQL
• Have relevant experience creating dashboards using data visualization tools (preferably Tableau)
• Have experience with ETL/ELT, and understanding of its concepts
• Speak upper intermediate English and feel comfortable communicating with global teams
