DATA ANALYST

At leboncoin, data is at the heart of decision-making. By joining our Data Analytics team, you will become the analytical point of reference for the Business teams and ensure that robust analysis methodologies are applied. Your main tasks will be as follows:

Steering the business performance of the leboncoin group:

Supporting the business teams (Product, Business Development, Sales) to make them autonomous in their 1st level needs:

For example:

drawing up their reporting and activity management: helping to define the relevant KPIs, defining objectives, providing support in drawing up the dashboard with the Business Unit by sharing methods and best practices with them.

Contribute to the development of the leboncoin Group:

• Carrying out analyses based on various data sources, and deriving recommendations for Business teams on users, products and services
• Provide user knowledge on our different markets / features
• Identify corrective actions to be implemented, explore pain points and suggest improvements in collaboration with the Business teams
• Responding to issues raised by business teams, providing precise answers and actionable recommendations
• Exploring new uses for Data and conducting ad hoc analyses to identify growth drivers for the leboncoin group
• Report the results to the various teams

Monitoring:

• Monitor new trends in visualisation tools
• Participate in the development of best practice analyses
• In addition to these tasks, you will promote and disseminate the Data culture within the company. You will also be the analytical reference for the Business teams and the guarantor in the analysis methodology.

Qualifications:

• You will have at least 3-4 years' experience as a Data Analyst. 
• You have a real business culture and are able to make relevant recommendations
• You have a very good knowledge of SQL & Python
• Ability to analyse and summarise
• Autonomous and rigorous
• Curious and proactive
• Attentive to sharing and progressing as part of a team
• Experience with data visualisation tools (ideally Tableau) would be appreciated
• Fluent English
