Job Title:Data Analyst Position Type:FTE Location:Sunnyvale, CA, USA Salary Range / Rate (Currency):$100,000 - $150,000 (USD) Company:ThinkingData Job Description As a Data Analyst, you will join our Customer Success team and lead the delivery of data-driven solutions for game studios. In this role, you will own the onboarding journey, serve as a trusted analytics advisor, and help build a data-first culture within our customers' organizations. Responsibilities: • Lead customer-facing presentations and technical onboarding sessions, covering SDK integration, event instrumentation, and dashboard configuration. • Serve as a strategic advisor, translating business objectives into actionable data collection and analysis strategies. • Curate and present analytics best practices tailored to game genres, lifecycle stages, and monetization models. • Build and deliver dashboards and reports on key KPIs (retention, LTV, conversion), enabling data-driven decisions across customer teams. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in gaming or digital product environments • Strong SQL skills and experience building reports and dashboards • Experience defining and analyzing key business metrics (e.g., retention, LTV, conversion funnels) • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working across customers and internal teams Job Type: Contract Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
